We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, to assist our rapidly expanding company.

The Ideal candidate would:

  • Have a proven track record in business development within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, or fire damper / door testing sectors.
  • Have great negotiation skills and excellent communication, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our existing, established client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, fire damper and fire door testing sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices, effectively communicating these to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the ventilation hygiene, indoor air quality, LEV testing, or fire damper / door testing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Are a “sponge” and constantly looking to learn and grow.
