Owned by Alan and Ian Gregory, IAQ Services has over 30 years of knowledge, is constantly at the forefront of the industry and we offer our knowledge to help our customers manage their ventilation systems and contractors.

- Grease Extract System Audits: Offering quality control, system profiling, auditing, inspections, contractor sourcing, design advice, and tender generation.
- Ventilation Hygiene Services: Performing ductwork inspections in accordance with standards such as B&ES TR19, CIBSE TM26, HTM 03-01, and BS EN 15780.
- Fire Damper Inspections and Remedials: Our experienced technicians conduct testing and remedial work to ensure compliance with BS9999 standards.
- Fire Door Testing and Remedials: Ensuring adherence to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Consultancy and Training Services: Providing tailored training courses at our fully equipped academies or at client premises, along with expert witness services and European Vacuum Test (EVT) sample analysis.

Meet our experience management team
Ian Gregory
Managing Director
Ian brings over 25 years of industry experience to IAQ Services, with a career spanning from Site Supervisor to Managing Director and technical trainer delivering courses in Fire Damper Testing and Ventilation Hygiene.
A co-author of BESA TR19 Air, he holds key leadership roles within BESA, including Chair of the Ventilation Hygiene Group and Regional Chair for the Eastern Counties. Ian is a passionate advocate for raising standards in ventilation hygiene and fire safety across the UK.
Alan Gregory
Chairman
As a pioneer in the UK’s ventilation hygiene industry with over 30 years of experience, Alan has helped shape key standards as a co-author of TR17, TR19, and TR19 Grease.
A Trustee of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) and formerly Chair of its Service & Facilities Group, he is also a respected Expert Witness, offering expert insight in legal and compliance matters.
Dariusz Zaronwy
Fire Division Director
Dariusz leads the Fire Division, specializing in fire damper testing and passive fire stopping. With over 17 years of experience across fire safety, air hygiene, and water treatment, he brings a strong background in operations and project management.
Starting his career in 2005 with Rentokil Initial and Clearwater Technology, Dariusz later advanced through leadership roles at Hydro-X Air, overseeing teams of 120+ engineers and managing large-scale compliance-driven projects. He played a key role in process improvement, training development, and regulatory alignment.
Since 2023, he has headed the Fire Division at IAQ Services, driving strategic decisions, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Jordan Hunt
Field Services Manager
Bringing over 15 years of experience in water treatment, ventilation hygiene, and fire safety. He leads multiple operational teams, overseeing project surveying, planning, and delivery across the UK.
Starting his career in 2009 with Clearwater Technology, Jordan transitioned into ventilation hygiene in 2010, gaining expertise in TR19 compliance and system maintenance. At Hydro-X Air, he managed large-scale fire damper and passive firestopping projects as Remedial Field Service Manager.
At IAQ Services, Jordan ensures quality, safety, and compliance across all operations, playing a key role in advancing the company’s fire safety and ventilation services.
Doug Bell
Air Division Director
Doug joined IAQ Services in 2014 & heads up our Air Division, managing LEV design, inspection, and air quality services with a strong technical and client-focused approach.
He has achieved BOHS P601, 602, 603 & 604 qualifications and is working toward the BOHS Certificate of Competency (Control), reflecting his commitment to excellence in occupational hygiene and exposure control.
Ashley Tombs
National Sales Manager
Ashley brings over 15 years of experience in the air and fire compliance industry. Starting as an engineer, he built a solid foundation in both technical and commercial operations, progressing into national sales leadership roles.
He’s known for driving growth through strategic sales planning, team development, and strong client relationships. Ashley is passionate about delivering practical, results-driven compliance solutions rooted in trust and communication.
Outside of work, Ashley coaches a successful inline hockey club that has won multiple trophies across Great Britain, bringing the same leadership and strategic focus to the rink as he does to his professional role.
Lisa Gregory
Office Manager
With over three decades of diverse experience, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and exceptional organisational skills to her role as Office Manager. Her career spans critical sectors, including emergency services and medical research. Her previous experience enables her to navigate and support multi-disciplinary teams and projects. Lisa has been with IAQ Services since 2017.
